The following words and terms, when used with these Terms and Conditions, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
“You”: The user of the Website.
“Player Account”: A personal account opened by an individual and maintained with Slots33 to enable that person to play games on the Website.

In case of any contradiction between a provision of this Agreement and any provision on the Website, the provisions as stated in this Agreement shall prevail.

The Player is solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that are self-incurred or incurred via a third party on his/her Slots33 account.
We will not be liable if you disclose your username, password or account number to another party. If a third party becomes aware of your username, password or account number, then bets or wagers placed by third parties will be considered valid. You should contact us in any circumstances where you believe your player account has been compromised.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information supplied to us is at all times both accurate and current, and to advise us of any changes at the earliest opportunity. Failure to do so may cause your account to be suspended if any routine verification checks highlight a difference or discrepancy that we have not been made aware of.

When opening a Player account, you are not providing any information or make any statement to us that is untrue, false, incorrect or misleading.

The bank account details supplied by you are those of the registered account holder and the account has not been reported as faulty or hacked or blocked.

You are not colluding or attempting to collude or intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other player(s) in the course of any game you play or will play on the Website.
You are not one of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents, nor one of our affiliates or subsidiaries, or suppliers or vendors, nor are you an immediate family member of such person.
You have not previously held a Player account which was suspended or terminated either by us or by any other online gaming operator, or charged back any monies via a Player account.
You are not interfering other users from using the Website and its services.
You are not soliciting or in any way attempting to obtain any information relating to other users of the Website.
You are not breaking in, accessing or attempting to break in or access or otherwise bypass the security of the Website.

Players must wager from funds that have been deposited into their respective Player accounts. After successfully depositing funds into account, the total bet must be equivalent to or exceed the deposited amount. Failure to comply will result in failure to apply for any withdrawal, thus it is advisable for Players to make deposits based on demand.
Slots33 cannot and will not cancel wagers of any Player account once they have been confirmed, unless the wager is declared void or unless there are circumstances involving incorrect results and settlements for reasons outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
All confirmed bets are considered valid even if the system is down or disconnected for any reason whatsoever. In the event of a system failure, Slots33 reserves the right to declare any or all bets void.
No bets are allowed after the game has started and/or the betting results have been announced. Slots33 reserves the right to refuse such bets without any prior notice to the Player and such bets will be declared void. Slots33 also reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of such bets. If, for any reason whatsoever, the system still accepts a bet inadvertently after the game has started, Slots33 reserves the right to cancel the bet and declare it void.
The Player acknowledges that any and all odds, indexes and handicaps are subject to fluctuation without any prior notice, and the foregoing can only be determined at the time the bet is accepted. If any system error or failure results in the inaccuracy of odds, indexes and handicaps, the bet placed will be deemed void. Slots33 reserves the right (but not the obligation) to make reasonable efforts to contact the Player and allow the Player to place another bet with the correct odds, indexes and handicaps.
The usage of any electronic, mechanical, robotic or any other such devices to make automatic playing decisions is resolutely forbidden. If it is detected by Slots33 that a Player has violated this term, action may and will be taken including banning the Player from future promotions and/or play, confiscating net winnings, and the offering of such information to a casino industry database of restricted players. We reserve the right to void, refuse and reject any bets placed by players who are suspected of abnormal/irregular bets or use of artificial intelligence (bots).
Slots33 strictly prohibits any Player from placing repeat bets on the same game at any given time.
Slots33 reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bet placed without providing any reason.
Stakes will be deducted from the respective Player account at the time the bet is placed, regardless of when the results are determined or announced. Slots33 cannot and will not refund bets placed on games where bets have been purchased for future draws that have yet to be resolved or concluded. Such bets will be resolved upon completion of such games and winnings, if applicable, will be credited to the respective Players’ accounts at that time.
Minimum stake amount applies and the amount is dependent on the particular Game/Product.
For Sportsbook Mix Parlay, the maximum betting limit is MYR 1,000 per bet/ticket. Each bet/ticket has a maximum payout of MYR 100,000.
Only valid bets / wagers placed on any game of Live Casino and Sportsbook that generated a win or loss return will contribute to the turnover requirement.

Slots33 reserves the right to determine the payment methods offered for deposit and withdrawal transactions. The Player agrees that Slots33 may at its sole discretion, decide what constitutes a qualifying transaction on a per transaction basis.
Slots33 shall not be responsible or liable to you for any funds credited to a Player account in error. We reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds. If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately of such an incident.
Slots33 reserves the right to review transactions records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever.
Winnings will be automatically added to the respective Player’s account, as deemed appropriate. These updates of the Player accounts are not 'proof of win' and/or may refer to funds that have been transferred (debited) from your respective Account. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, Slots33 reserves the right to void certain winnings and to take appropriate action against any Player’s account accordingly.
For any withdrawal, winnings will be paid through a payment method determined by Slots33.
In order to make any withdrawal, you must first complete the required wagering for the deposits and bonuses. The wagering requirement will be specified under individual promotions. While deposits without promotions are subject to x1 turnover prior to withdrawal.
The Player will not be able to withdraw any winnings until all participation terms for individual promotions have been met.

Any applicable taxes and fees incurred upon any winnings that have been awarded to you as well as all other payments made to the respective Player are considered to be the Player’s sole responsibility. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other forms of rewards.
Slots33 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if the Player account is under investigation for any fraudulent activities. In the event that a Player is suspected of engaging in any bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of us and/or other suspicious activity, Slots33 reserves the right to confiscate bonuses, associated winnings and/or deposits from the Player’s account.
In the event that any terms of the offers or promotions are breached, abused and have not been fulfilled by eligible Player account holders, or if there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which, due to a deposit bonus or any other promotional offer, resulted in guaranteed customer profits, irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Slots33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim the bonus as well as all winnings. In addition, to cover administrative costs and processing fees, Slots33 reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the Player with a value that could reach up to the value of the deposit bonus.

There may be circumstances where Slots33 is required to freeze the monies in the Player’s account which will prevent the Player from using the services on the Website, and at the same time, supply relevant Player details to the applicable authority, regulator, external party, etc. These actions will be taken when Slots33 has reason to believe that the Player’s account may have been or are being used for, including but not limited to, the following activities:
Player is under 18 years old

Fraud or attempt to defraud

Slots33 reserves the right to void any winnings, freeze and forfeit any account balance, and/or deactivate the Player’s account at any time if the Player violates any of the warranties and representations set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that one Player registered multiple accounts and one of the accounts is suspended or terminated for any reason, Slots33 reserves the right to freeze, suspend or terminate all other duplicate accounts as well as cancel all transactions associated with those accounts.
Automatic playing of Games via the use of any third-party software and any form of manipulation of any Games or any Player's account data are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of the offending Player’s membership, deletion of all associated accounts, the cancellation and/or confiscation of any outstanding prizes and deposits, as well as civil/criminal prosecution against the offending Player. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Player agrees that Slots33 possesses the complete and unfettered right, based on its own discretion, to terminate any Player’s account for any reason whatsoever, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, should it be of the Management’s opinion that the Player’s participation on the Website, or on any games offered therein, is damaging to the principles under which the Website is operated. Slots33 reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a Player's account at any time if it is believed that the Player has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or has acted in a manner of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging the normal betting spirits. Any winnings and/or payout including balance in the account shall be deemed forfeited and void.
Should any Player found to be participating, or attempting to participate, in strategies or patterns of play that Slots33, at its sole discretion deems to be abusive, Slots33 reserves the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw the Player’s entitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate the Player’s access to the Website and/or suspend the Player’s account. In such circumstances, other than the original deposit amounts, Slots33 shall not be obliged to refund any funds that may be in the Player’s account.
Any attempt to collude or actual collusion between two or more Players is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of the suspected Player’s account. Slots33 will not be responsible for any loss experienced by the Player as a result of the collusive or unlawful activity of any person using the products or services.
The Player will be liable to pay Slots33, on demand, all costs, charges or losses experienced by the Website, as a result of any fraudulent activity by the Player. This includes any direct, indirect or consequential losses, any loss of profit and loss of reputation, arising directly or indirectly from the Player’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Player acknowledges that full freedom from errors is impossible to achieve with regards to computer software. Should the Player become aware that the software contains any such error, glitch or incompleteness, the Player is legally bound to refrain from taking any advantage of it/them. Moreover, upon becoming aware of such errors, glitches or incompleteness, the Player is legally bound to promptly notify Slots33 in writing. Should you fail to fulfil your undertakings under this clause, Slots33 is entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the software that may arise from the Player’s omissions or actions in taking advantage of such errors, glitches or incompleteness.
Should there be any dispute concerning a Player’s account, Slots33 reserves the right to suspend the Player’s account until a resolution is reached. Lodging a report of any dispute must be made in writing and must state the date, time and details of dispute. To lodge a dispute, it must be sent via Live Chat to Slots33 support. The Management takes member disputes very seriously and will endeavor to take all necessary and reasonable steps in order to investigate and ultimately resolve all disputes.
In the event that Slots33 temporarily suspends the provision of services and/or freezes a Player’s account, the Player involved is required to implement the necessary corrective actions, if the situation can be remedied. Once Slots33 confirms that the Player has successfully completed the necessary corrective measures, the provision of the services and the Player’s account may be reinstated.
Slots33 reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any Player’s account for any reason whatsoever and at any time without prior notice. Any remaining balance of credit in the account at the time of such suspension and/or termination will be refunded to the owner of the account via a payment method that will be determined by Slots33. Slots33 also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deem void any winnings and to forfeit any balance of credit or any other winnings or entitlements of any Player’s account as well as any Player’s use Slots33’s services.
Slots33’s decision on any aspect of a Player’s account, use of the services or the Website, is final and shall not be open to review or appeal. Slots33 will give the Player reasonable notice before doing so, unless circumstances dictate that Slots33 is legally or practically cannot do so.
